Empezamos con una de las últimas incorporaciones de nuestro stock: Modelo TUNA – Referencia 03827. Un algodón de calidad, consistente, de 125 gr/m2 con el que poder desafiar las altas temperaturas.
Otra de las novedades de este verano ha sido nuestros nuevos dibujos del Modelo HARU – Referencia 02757. Un clásico de nuestro stock al que cada año añadimos los estampados más de moda. Y como no podía ser de otra manera, este año hemos el toque más alegre, con flores y lunares.

Today we want to introduce MASK3, a set of 3 fabrics that also passes the same test, being suitable for children's and adult masks and complying with breathability when the fabrics are placed in a mask, according to UNE 0065: 2020 standard.
For the front -or visible- part of the mask,we have chosen our D-STRECH, a comfortable fabric to sew and 100% customizable, with a wide variety of drawings available.
For the back layer - in contact with our mouth, nose and skin (or inner part), we have opted for WATERPROOF POPLIN, a fabric with a water-repellent and bactericidal treatment.
Process of waterproofing fabrics: A waterproofing treatment is applied that repels drops but, unlike waterproof fabrics, does not clog pores and turns them into breathable garments.
Tissue bactericidal process: In the same previous treatment, a tissue bactericidal process is included that serves as a barrier for bacteria. With time and washing, these processes diminish. Ideal for reusable hygienic hats, gowns and masks.
With this combination, we can make our masks as we want, also with the option of customizing thanks to our stamping service.
As stated in this test, both fabrics combined are suitable for children's and adult masks and breathability of both fabrics placed in the same mask comply with the provisions of the UNE 0065: 2020 standard.
With the will of propitiate and collaborate synergies with other nearby companies, this Test has been carried out in Gometrics,a laboratory located in our same town.
We are continuously looking for solutions for masks, compiling with current regulations. This for, we have verified the breathability of two of our fabrics, to continue producing masks in the safest way.
Both are two poplin fabrics. For the front layer (or visible part), we have opted for a printed poplin fabric, MASCARADA, to give free our preferences and creativity.
