As fashion lovers we know what we are talking about when we talk about Vichy fabric.A cotton checkered fabric for spring and summer uses, which fits both in women's fashion and children's fashion.

A solution that will always give us a look romantic and picturesque, reminiscent of holydays.

Where does the Vichy print come from?

As its name suggests, it is originally from the French town of Vichy, located in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpesregion. A place known for its springs and thermal centers.

As for the fabric, its first uses were as tablecloths and napkins, but in post-war times it began to be used as a shirt for men and women working in the fields. However, it was not until 1959 when the French designer Jacques Esterel transformed this garment into a wedding dress. Specifically for Brigitte Bardot for her engagement to Jacques Charrier..

En cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 319 de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital, se hace público que la Junta General de Extraordinaria de Accionistas de RAVIAL, S.A., celebrada en fecha 7 de febrero de 2023, acordó por la mayoría legal y estatutariamente exigible, reducir el capital social de la Sociedad por importe de 24.040 euros, mediante la amortización de 800 acciones propias en autocartera, números 1 a 40 (40), 221 a 278 (58), 279 a 300 (22), 462 a 545 (84), 601 a 605 (5), 651 a 660 (10), 791 a 829 (39), 830 a 962 (133), 1.326 a 1.425 (100), 1.521 a 1.555 (35), 1.712 a 1.771 (60) y 3.477 a 3.690 (214), todas ellas inclusive, de 30’05 euros de valor nominal cada una de ellas, con la finalidad de amortizar acciones propias de la Sociedad que ostenta en régimen de autocartera, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 146 de la LSC, y a su vez, se acordó renumerar las acciones restantes para que tuvieran una numeración correlativa y modificar el artículo 5º de los Estatutos Sociales, correspondiente al capital social.

Costumes for the "Ball de Gitanes".

Our country is full of traditions, where music and dance unite neighbors on holidays. One of these traditions is the »Ball de Gitanes" in Catalonia or the "Dansa de la carxofa o Ball de les magranes" in the Valencian Community, where castanets, bells and dresses with a lot of flight are the protagonists.

It is a series of choreographies danced in pairs, where several characters appear, each with their own costumes. According to tradition, it is a dance that takes place close to Carnival, although many municipalities also dance it during the Fiestas Mayores, which last from spring to autumn.

While it is true that each colla or esbart -the name given to the dance groups- chooses its own combination and colors, there is a certain pattern in these sets.

Women wear a two-piece dress with shirt or T-shirt on top, skirt with ruffle and belt. It can also be accompanied with an embroidered shawl.

For his part, the man wears a white or black shirt and pants, and depending on the dance or the region, can be accompanied by a vest, a red satin bow or a sash, among others.

Quizás los más jóvenes no recuerden que en los años 90 el terciopelo fue uno de los tejidos de la década. Un tacto y caída que causó furor y que 30 años después, vuelve tanto para los looks «street style» como a las pasarelas.

¿Su ventaja? Es un tejido suave, elegante y versátil, pues nos vale tanto para outfits de día como para la noche.

Se convoca a los accionistas de RAVIAL, S.A. a la celebración de la Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas, que tendrá lugar en el domicilio social (Ronda Boada Vell, nº 45, de Palau-Solità i Plegamans) el día 27 de octubre de 2022 a las 17:00 horas, para tratar del siguiente Orden del Día:

Primero.- Examen y aprobación, en su caso, de las Cuentas Anuales (Balance, Cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias y Memoria) del ejercicio fiscal que va de 1 de abril de 2021 a 31 de marzo de 2022.
Segundo.- Examen y aprobación, en su caso, de la propuesta de aplicación del resultado del ejercicio fiscal que va de 1 de abril de 2021 a 31 de marzo de 2022.
Tercero.- Aprobación de la gestión realizada por el órgano de administración durante el ejercicio fiscal que va de 1 de abril de 2021 a 31 de marzo de 2022.
Cuarto.- Ruegos y preguntas.
Quinto.- Lectura y, en su caso, aprobación del Acta.

A partir de la convocatoria de la Junta General, cualquier socio podrá obtener de la sociedad, de forma inmediata y gratuita, los documentos que han de ser sometidos a la aprobación de la misma, así como en su caso, el informe del auditor de cuentas, correspondientes a las Cuentas Anuales del ejercicio social que va de 1 de abril de 2021 a 31 de marzo de 2022.

The Euskadiko Eguna -or Basque Country Day- is a public holiday celebrated on October 25 to commemorate the date of the ratification of the Law of Self-Government of the Basque Autonomous Community, known as the Statute of Gernika , in a referendum in 1979.

A date already significant before, since on the same October 25, 1839, the law was approved confirming the Basque Provinces and Navarre without prejudice to the constitutional unity of the Monarchy.

Meaning and history of The Ikurriña

Of Basque origin, the Ikurriña is the official flag of the Basque Country adopted by the Statute of Autonomy of 1979. It was first proclaimed as official flag by the government of Euskadi in 1936. It is also used as the Basque flag and has no official status in other territories that Basque nationalism considers members of Euskal Herria.

It was created in 1894 by the brothers Luis and Sabino Arana (the founder of the Basque Nationalist Party), and at first corresponded, within the series of flags they designed, to the one that identified the territory of Biscay. Later it came to represent the six Basque territories and, with the constitution of the autonomous community of the Basque Country, it was adopted as its official flag..
