Primero.- Anulación de la autorización para adquirir acciones propias por parte de la Sociedad, que se acordó por parte de la Junta General de Accionistas de fecha 23 de febrero de 2018.
Segundo.- Autorización para adquirir acciones propias por parte de la Sociedad; tanto respecto de la nuda propiedad como del pleno dominio de dichas acciones.
Tercero.- Examen y aprobación, en su caso, del Presupuesto 2022 – 2023 de la Sociedad.
