From orange, through tile or tangerine tones, to red. Not forgetting ocher, mustard, brown, beige or sand tones. All range of colors at your disposal for this fall. And among all of them, the amber tone stands out:

Don Xavier Planas Montserrat, como Administrador solidario de la sociedad RAVIAL, S.A. convoca a los accionistas de la Compañía a la celebración de la Junta General Ordinaria y Extraordinaria de Accionistas, que tendrá lugar en el domicilio social (Ronda Boada Vell, nº 45, de Palau-Solità i Plegamans) el día 30 de octubre de 2020 a las 15’00 horas de la tarde, para tratar del siguiente Orden del Día:

Primero.- Examen y aprobación, en su caso, de las Cuentas Anuales (Balance, Cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias, Estado de Cambios en el Patrimonio Neto y Memoria) del ejercicio fiscal que va de 1 de abril de 2019 a 31 de marzo de 2020.

Segundo.- Examen y aprobación, en su caso, de la propuesta de aplicación del resultado del ejercicio fiscal que va de 1 de abril de 2019 a 31 de marzo de 2020.

Tercero.- Aprobación de la gestión realizada por el órgano de administración durante el ejercicio fiscal que va de 1 de abril de 2019 a 31 de marzo de 2020.

Cuarto.- Extinción del usufructo que la Sociedad ostentaba sobre 266 participaciones sociales.

Quinto.- Análisis de la situación económica y financiera de la Compañía a 30 de septiembre de 2020 y previsión de cierre del ejercicio.
